Ivy Minds’ Internship Program offers a 6 month intern program, with optional free 2-month Trial Period, relieving startup companies of initial costs while providing interns with an opportunity to immerse themselves before committing. Interns transition to practical work, with payment flexibility decided by founders for the following 4 months. We propose a 6-month intern rotation, ensuring a continuous stream of capable interns with diverse skills and enthusiastic support.
Our diverse intern team is equipped with essential skills tailored for startup support, ensuring comprehensive assistance across various areas. The structured program, backed by robust mentorship and onboarding procedure, ensures a less stressful training process for startup founders. Our Career Mentor Support system also empowers interns with professional support.

Internship Program Features
1. 2-Month Paid or Unpaid Trial Period
In consideration of the trial period, startup companies need not concern themselves with trial costs. The program facilitates a Trial Period lasting 2 months, allowing startups the flexibility to choose between a paid or unpaid internship structure. This duration offers an opportunity for startups to test an intern's ability before committing to a specific compensation model.
2. Following 4-Month Practical Work and Payment Flexibility
After the initial 2-month trial period, interns will engage in full time practical work. The arrangement for payment becomes at the discretion of the startup founder for the subsequent 4 months. Payment is not a hindrance in this context.
3. Continuous Internship Rotation for Consistent Contribution
If this approach proves effective, we can implement a rotational arrangement for startup every 6 months. This setup ensures a consistent flow of capable interns providing meaningful work for startups which amount to critical financial saving. The rotation will also ensure an ongoing influx of motivated talent with fresh perspectives.
